Grainger went on to become a fan favourite at St Andrew’s, making over 200 appearances and playing a key role during the 90s as the club pushed forward.
Known for his delivery and consistency from left-back, he was a huge part of that era.
His Blues journey came full circle in the Premier League, with his final appearance coming against Manchester United.
